The Synchro Plus test system is configured with SuperSpeed Data Pins which can test mixed signal devices at data rates of up to 400 MHz. The Synchro Plus system addresses the test requirements of new, high speed devices used in applications such as disk drives for personal computers and advanced ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) interface boards used to support the development of the information superhighway.
