AMAT / APPLIED MATERIALS 9500XR is a high current ion implanter system. MATERIALS 9500XR can be used with 6” wafer size. The 9500xR model was introduced, further extending the range of the 9500 system into the traditional medium-current area with enhanced low-dose, low-energy implant performance.
