This new dual wavelength fluorescence microscope by Accu-Scope makes diagnosis simple and easy. Featuring LED illumination there is no need to wait for warm up, cool down, or bulb changes. Switch between bright-field and fluorescence in a matter of seconds. The LED fluorescence illuminator has FITC and Texas Red filters.  The microscope comes standard with trinocular head and 10x eyepieces which provide a 20mm field of view. The microscope comes with 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x oil plan achromat or NIS S-Plan APO objectives. The 1.25 N.A. condenser is fully focusable and has slots for phase sliders. The microscope features a 3-watt variable LED illumination system.

The Accu-Scope EXC-350 microscope is a high quality full size laboratory grade microscope. This digital packing includes your camera of choice and includes everything you need - c-mount adapter, & trinocular viewing head. The microscope comes with a pair of 10x eyepieces which have a large 20mm field of view. The quintuple nosepiece comes standard with Infinity corrected plan achromat 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x oil. We can add additional objectives if needed. The microscope can be upgraded to fluorescence or phase contrast. The 1.25 N.A. condenser is fully focusable and has a slot for sliders. The microscope features a bright 3 watt Koehler LED illuminator. 

You can choose to have an 11.6" display screen above the eyepieces to view, capture images / videos to a removable SD card, or replay images / videos. In addition you can also output directly to a PC. If you do not select the screen, you can still output HDMI to your own screen off to the side, or USB to a computer. The screen serves as an all-in-one streamlined solution. The included camera is a powerful tool that can output HDMI to any monitor or USB to a computer. In HDMI mode on-board software pops up on your screen allowing you to control the camera with the included mouse. The camera can also output to a PC for use with the free feature rich software -  image / video capture, measurements, extended depth of focus, annotations, stitching, and more!

The large XY mechanical stage makes it easy to move your specimen and has low position ergonomic controls. The 1.25 N.A. condenser is fully focusable and has an iris diaphragm. The coarse and fine focus knobs are ergonomically positioned for ease of use. The microscope is powered by a 3 watt koehler illumination system.

It includes plan achromat 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x oil objectives. We can upgrade this to phase contrast or APO objectives. The LED fluorescence module offers bright and even illumination without the need for warm up / cool down, centering, or bulb changes. The microscope itself has brightfield kohler illumination.
