Nikon ECLIPSE LV150NA Reflected-Light Metallurgical / Wafer Inspection Microscope. Excellent condition

Nikon ECLIPSE LV150NA industrial reflected-light microscope configured for materials, metallurgy, and wafer/sample inspection. Unit is clean overall and powers on. This setup includes a trinocular head, brightfield/darkfield (BF/DF) capability, Nikon L-DICH DIC component, and a Lumenera Infinity 1 camera mounted with a Nikon TV Lens 0.55x DS for digital imaging.

Installed Nikon objectives visible in the system include:

2.5x / 0.075

5x / 0.15

10x / 0.30

50x / 0.80

The microscope is fitted with a manual wafer/specimen stage for reflected-light inspection. No automated wafer loader is visible or included. No HDD, external computer, or software is confirmed included. Camera, microscope, and installed components shown in the photos are included.

This is a strong fit for semiconductor inspection, materials analysis, surface inspection, failure analysis, and general industrial microscopy applications.
