설명

Nikon TE300 microscope is configured with phase contrast, DIC, and fluorescence. The binocular viewing head has a built in mag changer, bertrand lens, and phase telescope and comes with a pair of CFI 10x/22mm eyepieces. The microscope has two photo ports, one front photo port, and a side photo port. The 6 position DIC nosepiece has Plan Fluor 4x PhL, 10x Ph1 DLL, 20x, Ph1 DLL, and 40x Ph2 DLL objective lenses. The microscope will provide DIC with the 10x, 20x, and 40x objectives, and provide phase contrast with the 4x, 10x, and 20x objectives. The LWD 0.52 N.A. condenser has brightfield, Ph1, PhL, DICL, and DICM positions. For fluorescence a mercury lamphouse and power supply is provided and the microscope will have UV, G, and B filter cubes installed.
