This Olympus BH BHM microscope is configured with reflected light brighfield and DIC settings for materials analysis. It comes with a IR trinocular viewing head with dual photo ports and pair of MMOCC 10x eyepieces. The reflected light unit comes with a halogen lamphosue and power supply and has a 45 degree analyzer, and polarizer.
