Hurricane Wet Blaster The Hurricane Wet Blasting System is designed for Production (Industrial) operation; consider production operation to be one (1) hour or more of daily machine operation daily using a production gun size consuming about 25 to 90 cfm of compressed air per minute. Because the Hurricane includes a Mist Collector and Condensing Filter you can operate at higher blasting pressures using larger gun sizes for faster no frictional heat part cleaning. Wet machines clean at a slower rate than dry so gun size used is important. The Seal-Less rear mounted outside slurry pump is easy to service and cost effective supplying abrasive suspension to 23%. Why settle for only 9 to 10 percent when using a higher abrasive concentration is much faster? The Hurricane is available in solid stainless steel pump construction. All stainless steel slurry cabinet, LED Lighting, Automatic Adjustable Timed Window Wash and Negative Pressure Cabinet Pressure using a Mist Collection Filter and Blower Assembly make this the right choice for Industrial applications. Chemically clean part surface, abrasive cannot be pushed into the part surface and no frictional heat to damage delicate parts are all applications that require wet blasting.
