The Micro placer UP3100 allows precise mounting of special SMDs like BGAs, Micro-BGAs, Flip chip and Fine pitch components. The integrated motor zoom camera displays the operator on the monitor at the same time the pads on the PCB as well as the leads/balls of the component. The adjustment with the integrated precision micrometer table combined with the motorised z-axis guarantees accurate placements.
