The QM3000 is our largest automatic pick and place machine with a full color vision inspection system. This model has been in the SMTmax line up for over 10 years. The 56 feeder capacity and 18"(457mm)x12"(304mm) working area along with dual placement heads offers a 3,500 PPH rate that is ideal for customers that are ready to start assembling in-house. An optional internal conveyor is a great way to connect this unit to a full SMT line. The optional dispenser is another great feature for your prototyping needs. The cast-iron frame eliminates vibration and allows for thermal stability.
