The Heller 1700W is a versatile oven with a 26-inch-wide tunnel that can handle large boards or multi-board panels up to 24 inches wide. It can be fitted with either a single-rail or dual-rail edge hold conveyor, each adjustable for different board sizes. The dual-rail system allows for two distinct temperature profiles to run simultaneously, supporting both reflow and short-term curing. This feature enables the processing of two production lines concurrently, accommodating any combination of board sizes and conveyor speeds, potentially eliminating the need for a second oven. An optional computer-controlled automatic adjustment of conveyor width is available for both conveyor types.
