The Delta MATRiX is a high performance pick-and-place handler that provides increased productivity in several dimensions of performance: up to three times higher throughput, four times higher parallelism, and active thermal control per test site. With an adjustable test site configuration, customers can reuse existing load-boards, including boards made for gravity handlers.
