The Fusion CX is a high-performance, lower cost Fusion system targeted primarily towards the testing of high-volume mixed signal devices. The mixed signal device technologies tested by Fusion CX are often the precursor to mixed signal technologies that will be incorporated into next generation SOC designs. Because Fusion CX uses the same enVision++ development software as Fusion HF, customers are able to upgrade their test capability to Fusion HF as the complexity of their next generation SOC devices require. The Fusion CX features up to 128 digital pins, mixed signal and RF test instruments, and power management test technology. Typical device types tested on Fusion CX include radio frequency/wireless such as 802.11b and power management.문서
