This Micrion 9100 is a 6" wafer-based FIB system -Has the ability to do small 1/8" stub-type samples. The system uses 25kv and is equivalent to a 9100 system (claim of 10nm resolution, but is has seen 30-50nm) -Was modified by making it compatible with a gas cabinet (SIO2, W, and XeF2) -Has a load-lock installed -Custom rack with the controls so it would be smaller -The system comes with tons of nice spares, install software and schematicsOEM 모델 설명
